RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

•    Reservation should be made either by fax, email or by phone call.

•    Reservation should be made at least at 9.00 pm, one day before the tour commences.

•    Min.2 pax per package.

•    Package or tours subject to availability.



Discount

Group discount 5% imposed(8 person and above).


Cancellation

Ø    1 day prior to departure, 50% cancellation fee will be imposed.

Ø    No show, 100% cancellation fee will be imposed.


In case of any last minute change of flights, cancellation or delay, please contact us at +6 088 879 842 or  +6 016 843 9292 or +6 016 843 2929 after office hour for the urgent cases.


The company shall not be held responsible and reserve the rights to charge the customer for additional costs rendered by any last minute cancellation, delay and charge of arrangement made by the customer (less than 48 hours Before Arrival Time as per schedule).



Liability

In the event of hostilities, political unrest or other circumstances that may jeopardize the safety of customers / guests, the company has a sole and absolute discretion to cancel and shorten the duration of any tour. As an appointed agent for hotels / resorts, other means of transportation, railway, restaurants and other tourism operators, BORNEO SPIRIT ADENTURE Sdn Bhd shall not responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person or property due to their negligence or lack fault. However, Borneo Spirit Adenture Sdn Bhd always provides protection of insurance for each of its customer.


Rates

All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).


Payment Mode:

Upon confirmation of the package, we need 50 % deposit payment 2 weeks before the date of the tour to secure your reservation. The remaining balance has to pay upon check in or on the day of the tour:


Reservation made 1 day before the tour commences, full payment has to be done in the morning of the tour / event before proceeding of any services.
