ITINERARY
Day 1
0700 am : After breakfast, depart to TVRC Tambunan. Then after registration, proceed by 4WD to Kg.Kaingaran(Starting Point), approximately 1-2 hours drive)
*Lunch/Dinner
0930 am : Start trekking (6 – 8 hours). Lunch en route.
1600 pm : Arrive at the base camp. Set up tent & free at leisure
1700 pm : Coffee / tea break.
1800 pm : Dinner.
Day 2
0500 am : Proceed to the summit and witness the sunrise.
*Breakfast/Lunch
0745 am : Descend to the campsite and have breakfast.
1030 am : Arrive at the base camp and start descends back to the starting point.
1500 pm : Arrive at Kg Kaingaran(Starting Pont) and continue journey to TVRC
1700 pm : Collect luggage, and then proceed to Kota Kinabalu.
1830 pm : Arrive to Kota Kinabalu.

TOUR INFORMATION
TOUR INCLUDES:
Meals as stated, transfer by bus and 4WD, 4WD entrance permit, Entrance fee, Climbing permit fee, Climbing insurance, Climbing Certificate, Licensed Mt Guide, Licensed Tour guide, Entrance fee, Camping equipment
(E.g. Tent, Sleeping bag, Mat) and back up vehicle on standby (emergency purpose).
THINGS TO BRING:
Suitable walking shoes, warm clothing, wind breaker, long sleeve shirts, change of clothes
Drinking water, high energy food (Choclate,nuts,raisin,glucose).
Haedache tablets, sun block, lip gloss, deep heat lotion,plasters,insect repellent.
Binoculars,camera,waterproof bag for camera, torchlight.
Extra socks,towel,gloves,hat mask, tissue paper, toilet roll.
SPECIAL NOTES:
Reservation has to be made 01 month before the date of the tour in order for us to get the permit entry via Sabah Park. Full details have to be given ex: Full name, IC no, address and contact number in advance. We need minimum of 4 pax in order to organize this tour.
(We required minimum 04 pax. 02 pax can be arranged but they have to pay for the extra permit for 2 person.)
