ITINERARY

Day 01

0600am : Depart from Kota Kinabalu. 

0830am : Arrive in Ranau, have breakfast & shopping. 

1000am : Depart to station Monggis. 

1.00pm : Arrive in Monggis, have lunch,meet your local guide, briefing, then start trekking up to 1st Sub Station. Prepare your dinner then stay overnight.
(Lunch / Dinner included) 

Day 02

0600am : After breakfast, start trekking up to the next station. Lunch enroute. 

0600pm : Estimated to arrive in the 2nd Station. Dinner & stay overnight.
(Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

Day 03

0600am : After breakfast, proceed to the summit. 

0800am : Trekking down. 

1200pm : Lunch and stay overnight in the next station.
(Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

Day 04

0600am : Breakfast, pack up and trek down. 

1000am : Arrive in Monggis station. Lunch then proceed to Ranau.

change, face towel ,bath towel, sandal, mosquitos coil ,insect repellent, warm clothing,

RECOMENDED TO WEAR:
Light clothing, long track suits, anti- leech sock, trekking shoes (addidas kampung/Labour shoes- can buy from Ranau Town),cap.
